Our milk processing company is located near place, where  the raw material is in exuberance which is essential in covering the capacity of the factory.

When establihing the factory in 1969, its location was crucial. With the main aim and purpose ahead- succeeding in processing milk and delivering the production to all administrative centers in South Bulgaria.

Our capacity at current is:

Milk processing 70 - 90 tons per day, which can produce:

-          Yoghurt – any fat - over 34 tons per day
-          Strained yoghurt- 10 tons per day
-          Milk  -  15 tons per day
-          Cheese – up to 30-40 tons per day
-          Milk delicacy "Dunavia Cheese" - up to 5 tons per day
-          Butter - up to 1 ton per day

-          Yoghurt „БМК 1”   - fat 0% до 1%
-          Yoghurt „БМК 2”    - fat 2%
-          Yoghurt „Bmk 3,6”  - fat 3,6%
-          Yoghurt "Rodhopi"   - 2 % fat
-          Yoghurt "Evrifika" - 3.6 % fat
-          Yoghurt "Orfei" - 5 % fat
-          Strained yoghurt „БМК"
-          Milk "bmk" -1 litre in bag 3% fat
-          Milk delicacy "Dunavia Cheese"” – in plastic box from 1 kg to 9 kg;
-          Milk "bmk" -1 litre in bottle 3% fat
-          Cheese;
-          Butter - 85 % fat
